The Auckland Cat Club Incorporated is an all breeds club and an affiliated

We abide by the rules of the New Zealand Cat Fancy and by our Constitution. The club had its origins in the NZ Pekinese and Persian Cat Club which was formed in 1932. I live with my cats in the quiet suburb of Cashmere in the hills of Christchurch, New Zealand.
A bit damaged by the Earthquakes, as we say here ” shaken but not stirred”.

Christchurch is starting to rebuild and the strength and unity of the community has developed substantially during this catastrophe.
The cats have been through a traumatic time also but starting to return to their normal lifestyles.

The most adoring blue eyes i’d ever seen.So I was lying on the lounge floor with a selection of scribbled notes and text books. There was a moment of silence and I looked up at the TV (silence in those talk shows being very uncommon) and stared into the deepest bluest eyes I had ever seen on a cat. The voice over announced that the picture was of a ragdoll cat, but it was like the voice was coming from a million miles away. All I could see was this amazing cat (which I now know was a seal point ragdoll).
